Private London Walking Tours

London is a city whose history spans over two thousand years. Within its borders are some of the most important and iconic buildings and landmarks in Britain. In 1716, the poet and dramatist John Gay published his Trivia: or The Art of Walking the Streets of London. His advice warned of cheats, pickpockets and wig-snatchers and how the walker should resist the harlot's lure.

Nowadays I'm pleased to report that walking in London is a far more civilised affair. Let me invite you to join me on one of my private walking tours and discover the well known, and not so well known sights of this great city. You can choose from one of my suggested tours, or if you have a particular interest I will be pleased to design a bespoke tour for you.

My tours are available for durations of 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours. Each can be tailored to your own particular requirements. Perhaps you would like to start the day off with a full English breakfast at an iconic cafe. Maybe a pub lunch at an authentic London pub that is steeped in history. Some street food perhaps in one of London's growing number of high quality food markets. Or how about a traditional Afternoon Tea in elegant surroundings?
